A visionary who has worked for more than twenty years in the field of Market Research
with a mission to excel with trust and confidence.
He is Co-founder of Majestic Group that is Asia's one of the Largest Independent
Full Service Market Research Firm.
Raj has travelled extensively overseas on business and has an extremely good understanding
of global markets. His interactions have been extensively with the US from east
to the west coast
Raj is also the International Features Editor for QRCA VIEWS, a publication of QRCA
(Qualitative Research Consultants Association)
He is also associated with various associations such as ESOMAR, AEMRI, MSPA, WAPOR,

Sarang Panchal
(Chief Mentor)
Sarang comes with over two decades of Market Research experience. He started his
career with Procter & Gamble as a Research Executive and then moved on to the researcher’s
side with MRAS as Research Manager. Subsequently, he assumed partnership at MRAS
Burke between 1987- 1989 from where he joined Dun &Bradstreet as Executive Director
in 1995. He spend two years in Dun & Bradstreet. Sarang joined ACNielsen in 1997
as Executive Director, where his profile included Simulated Test Marketing/ Forecasting,
Brand / advertising tracking, Syndicated Research, Customer satisfaction, Multi-country
/ international and Qualitative research. After being an Executive Director for
over a decade, he then served as MD of the Nielsen Company, Asia Pacific between
2007- 2008. From 2008 till present, he is into multiple businesses that include
alternative construction, strategy, consulting and ecommerce.
He is commerce graduate from Sydenham College, post that he completed his Master’s
degree in Management studies from premier management institute of India- Jamnalal
Bajaj Institute of Management studies (JBIMS).

Sandeep Bhatia
(Executive Director)
He is the Executive Director of Majestic Group, with an exceptional experience in
the field of marketing with one of the fortune 500 companies.
He has studied at Duke Law School from where he received his Juris Doctor (JD) and
UCLA from where he obtained a BA in Economics.
Along with relationships with several FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies, Sandeep
has close relationships with some of the largest Market research firms in the
world including various arms of The WPP group, The VNU group and The
Omnicom Group

Seethaa Sethuraman
(Senior Director - Client Servicing PHC Group)
Seethaa Sethuraman has 14 years of experience in Pharmaceutical-Healthcare research;
put together her latest assignment at The Nielsen Company and earlier at ORG-MARG.
She headed the Pharmaceutical-Healthcare IPG at Nielsen India as Director-Client
Solutions and was instrumental in diversifying into allied practice segments of
medical devices and diagnostics, hospitals and consumer healthcare/ OTC; in addition
to a strong base in pharmaceuticals. She was responsible for scaling up the pharmaceutical-healthcare
business at Nielsen from being a marginal player to a sizeable and reputed division
within the Indian business. She is known for driving key/ new business initiatives
and providing strategic solutions beneficial to the client’s business; with unwavering
passion and an astute eye on actionable insights.
She also has experience in brand management/pharmaceutical marketing during her
2 years stint in Ranbaxy Ltd., a lead Indian multinational company.
She bagged the first prize for the research paper presented at the 19th seminar
of the reputed association body, the Market Research Society of India (MRSI), 2009.
The paper was titled “Making findings of an attitudinal doctor segmentation study
actionable and beneficial for pharmaceutical prescription players” and was co-authored
with a large multinational company. She has presented in earlier MRSI seminars too
as well as been a keen seminar participant during her pharmacy and management courses.
She was the runners’ up in the seminar presentation during the final year at pharmacy.
She has also been a recipient of several AC Nielsen Art and Innovation awards. She
is recognized as a visionary in the Indian pharmaceutical-healthcare arena amidst
clients.
She has done her Bachelors in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Bombay University and
thereafter her Masters in Business Management, with specialization in marketing
from Mumbai.

AMIT MAHAJAN
(Vice President North)
Amit Mahajan has over 20 years of work experience across sectors and countries.
He started his career in Sales in India and then moved to marketing and strategy
in the tourism sector in Sub Saharan Africa. He associated with Basis, MRAS, Dun
& Bradstreet and AC Nielsen in India from where he was transferred to Cyprus in
Nielsen to overlook the 16 countries in Eastern Europe for Consumer Research. He
was then transferred to AC Nielsen Egypt and after some time there, Amit joined
Market Insights Yankelovich (now GFK) and eventually set up his own research agency
for 6 years. He moved on to head the marketing and operations division of a regional
company in the Balkans region, launching 10 household and laundry cleaning brands.
He also worked with USAID and the United Nations - UNDP and UNODC in multiple countries
- to lead initiatives as the Resource Mobilization and strategic partnerships specialist.
In the UN, he has created many partnerships with large MNCs, business associations,
foundations and celebrities towards social good in line with the MDGs and UN principles.
Amit has also worked with Microsoft (EMEA) in the corporate citizenship division.
More recently, Amit was heading the Public Affairs division in IPSOS India, and
his last role was with IRIS as the Associate Vice President.
Amit brings with him a very creative and well rounded global experience across all
facets of research - social, marketing and business. He is equally apt in qualitative
research and quantitative research methods and has worked on many large budget accounts
across the globe as well as very specialized types of research for non traditional
business partners.
Amit has lived in more than 15 countries and has had an education in many cities.
He holds a HND Business Administration, Bachelors of Arts (Poltical Science) and
an MBA in Marketing. He plans to do his Doctorate in Management soon.

MOHIT RAMNATHKAR
(Engagement Leader - Client Servicing)
Mohit comes with an experience of around 13 years in Market Research and Product
Management in various capacities.His last associations was with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals
as the Head Market Research.
In past he was associated with other market research agencies (TNS and IMRB) wherein
he cater to FMCG, Agro and Pharmaceutical clients: Colgate-Pamolive, J&J, Bayer
etc to name a few. His primary role included; understanding client’s requirement
in terms of business objectives, challenges, deviations etc. and ensure the project
delivers on each of the aspects, helping the client with a way forward: A roap map
through a time bound exercise.
Mohit started his career with Lupin in the sales function and then was associated
with ACN ORG-MARG Importantly, Mohit was an integral member responsible for setting
up the new contact lenses retail audit at ACN ORG-MARG. He joined Indchemie in the
Product Management team handling multiple product ranges and launched new products
in the gynaecological and pain segments.
On the academic front, Mohit holds a Masters degree in Marketing from Mumbai University.
He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from Poona College of Pharmacy.

Jyotsana Bohra
(Engagement Manager - Qualitative)
Jyotsana has 9 years of research experience in Pharmaceutical industry, ranging
from making presentation on critical customer and market trends, analyzing customer
needs, perceptions and behavior through combination of proprietary and syndicated
customer research studies. She is involved in end-to-end process of Market Research
studies, right from developing research questionnaires, analyzing and interpreting
the data to preparing deliverables with useful insights from the findings.
She has done B.Sc in Biology from Lachoo Memorial College of Science and Technology
Rajasthan and her Post Graduate Programme in Finance and Marketing from Indian Institute

Santosh V Mhatre
(Project Manager)
He has over 15 years of experience in Market Research during which he has worked
with leading names in MR. He was worked extensively on Finance and Syndicated customer
research studies. At ORG-MARG, he experienced various functions in IPG Finance group
right from developing research Questionnaires till making Presentations for difference
clients. Post its merger with ACNielsen, he has a part of Project Management team
for 4 years, wherein he looked after various activities like handling the fieldwork,
co-ordination with analysis team etc.
He is graduate in graduate is Psychology, which helps him in bridging the gap of
the both the worlds of client needs and approaching the MR interviewees through
right questions, interpreting those for analysis and hence, helping in generating
insightful inputs.

Chetan Ashok Bagul

Chetan has over 4 years of multidisciplinary experience in Healthcare; ranging across
Sales/Marketing, New Drug Discovery (NDD), Market Research and Consulting.
He brings to the team his strong ability to bridge the gap of niche technicality
of Healthcare products and their understanding in business world through his sound
technical background and multidisciplinary exposure to on-ground market reality,
NDD and Healthcare Research.
In his last assignment as Senior Analyst with Healthcare practice at Frost & Sullivan,
he was core member of various market research and strategic consulting engagements
in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devises and Technology domain.
His expertise lies in market assessment and analysis of current trends and mapping
dynamics like market size, key players, market share, market forecasting, comparing
market participants and measure performance through in-depth interviews, analysis,
and extensive secondary research in order to identify best practices in the industry,
recognizing companies for demonstrating outstanding achievement and superior performance

He was also associated as Key Account Manager (Renal Division) with Baxter and as
researcher with toxicology and DMPK group with NDD division at Wockhardt Research
Center, Aurangabad.
He has done his Master of Pharmacy with specialization in Pharmacology from Narsee
Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) University, Mumbai; post his Bachelor
of Pharmacy from University of Pune, India. He has also presented on ‘Management
of Interfaces between Marketing and R&D- in Specific to Pharmaceutical Industry’
and aspires to do further research in this area.

Deepti Kamble
(Project Director)
Deepti Kamble is "Project Director" has over 8 years of qualitative research experience.
Her experience spans across various categories and regions.
She started her qualitative research career with IMRS. At IMRS she was responsible
for handling Pharmaceutical clients like Aventis, GSK, Merck, Pfizer, Vichy Labs,
Ranbaxy and studies. Post IMRS she had a stint with Unilever, where she worked on
ideology and "Dirt Is Good" campaign. After which she was associated with Synovate
for almost 4 years. At Synovate, Deepti worked her way to take more responsibilities
and managed accounts single handed. After which she moved to AMRB in Egypt, where
she was responsible for leading qualitative business (client servicing and research)
for North Africa region (Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco, Libya and Algeria). At AMRB, Deepti
successfully developed and held main account - BAT, Nestle and Coke.
Deepti has worked across different categories like FMCG (skin care, fab wash, hair
care) Tobacco, Pharma, Agro, Automotive, Alcohol etc.
She is apt with different qualitative methodologies like focus groups, depth interviews
(consumer, B2B and doctors and clinicians) ethnographies. Moderation is her core
strength, has moderated in Hindi, English and Marathi.
Has been responsible for managing and delivering on different studies like concept/
ad testing, brand equity, habits and attitude, shopper research, product testing
etc.
Having had multi country and multi category exposure, Deepti is well aware of different
cultures and has an instinct to explore them further with regards to their needs
and behaviour. Her paramedical academic background makes her apt for pharmaceutical
research.
Academically, Deepti is qualified in Occupational Therapy (BSc OT) from GS Medical
and KEM Hospital and an PG in Marketing from MET School of Management (Mumbai)
